Stainless steel Resin Trap
Resin trap's instruction :
The resin trap is used to capture the resin particles in the water. Online processing the resin , If the resin strength is not high or the resin vessel is broken ,The resin will enter into the system and affect the equipment operation .Installing the resin trap and avoid the resin enter into the system . When the resin passes the resin trap ,it could be captured . Meantime ,Using the inlet outlet differential pressure automatic flushing to clean the resin trap .
Nominal pressure: 0.6MPa 1.0MPa 1.6MPa 2.5MPa 4.0MPa
Working pressure: over 0.2Mpa, less than 4.0Mpa
Type: Stainless Steel Resin Trap
Pressure loss: 0.01-0.03Mpa
The resin trap has vertical and horizontal type .
1.Vertical resin trap inner has one or multi round wedge wire (slotted tube) according to the different flow rate to design
2.Horizontal resin trap inner has one or multi round wedge wire (slotted tube) according to the different flow rate to design
Advantages of the stainless steel resin trap

After placing the order ,we will purchase the good quality material for the order . When the material come to our factory ,our QC people will do the PMI test to the mateiral component .
After material preparing ,The people will polish the plate and head ,then we will process argon arc welding to our stainless steel products
When the products be finished ,we will inspect the nozzles standard ,dimension and surface finish polish result . The vessels will be processed hydraulic pressure testing to assure the high quality 100% full inspection.
