Features of our Crystallizing tank:

1. Crystallization tank is made of stainless steel 316L or 304.

2.Internal surface finish adopts electrolytic polishing or mechanical mirror polishing ra<0.4um

External wall uses all-welded structure for thermal insulation, with PU or perlite. The surface finish is mirror polished too .  

3.Crystallization tank is equipped with sanitary vent filter 0.2um

4.The tank Can withstand 121 degree high temperature sterilization, with sanitary pressure gauge.

5. The crystallizing tank  has a temperature monitoring device, two sight glasses, cleaning ball and nitrogen inlet.

6.Shaft seal using a special sanitary mechanical seal, to ensure that the material is not contaminated.

7.The frequency control device can be used in crystallizing tank, with a wide adjust range of stirring shaft speed.
